⚠ This is a FULL-TIME role. Cluster Managers own agent recruitment, day-to-day field operations and quality for an entire zone. You cannot hold this alongside another full-time job. Please only apply if you can commit fully from your stated start date.

About you

Pick a state, then a zone. You'll see exactly which LGAs that zone covers — this is what you'd own from day one.
Zone0 LGAs to manage
As Cluster Manager for this zone you'll recruit, onboard and manage field agents across these LGAs, and own verification quality and turnaround for the whole zone.

Commitment & availability

This role is full-time. We need to know your real situation so the engagement is clean from day one.
This role cannot be combined with another full-time job. If you can't currently commit full-time, you're welcome to submit anyway — but please be honest here, as it affects whether we can issue an engagement letter.

Recruit and onboard your zone's target agent headcount, and keep every LGA in the zone with live agent capacity — no dead LGAs.

Keep verifications inside SLA — Standard 3–5 working days, Express 24–48 hours.

Quality / first-time-right

Maintain a high QA pass rate and low rejection & manual-review rate on agent submissions.

Volume / throughput

Meet your zone's monthly verification volume target as demand routes in across all LGAs.

Keep tamper alerts, fraud incidents and agent trust penalties below threshold.

Keep your active-agent ratio healthy; manage drop-off and re-recruitment proactively.
